Once taken into your private treatment room your therapist will:

-review your health history, symptoms and goals for treatment and answer any questions you may have.

-provide a series of orthopedic testing to establish a baseline or identify the suspected origin of discomfort.

-will discuss the proposed treatment and recommendations for ongoing treatment.

-explain how to get on and off the table, disrobing options (clothing can be worn during treatment).

During the treatment, your therapist will check in with you about the pressure of their touch, may perform stretching of soft tissue or joints and or take you through a few movements to help release your muscles.

After the treatment your therapist will explain their findings you, exercises or self care for you to do at home and expected follow up treatment sessions.
